Since 1978,
Licklog Players has been a nonprofit, volunteer organization in
Hayesville, NC, comprised of adults and children of all ages,
background and interests who are committed to theatre arts. We
contribute to the betterment of our community by bringing people
together through the enjoyment of creative, entertaining live
theatre.
Each season, Licklog Players produces a full slate of musicals,
comedies, and dramas. There is something for everyone:
classics, contemporary plays, and lighthearted family fun.
Peacock Pride, our summer student program, ensures that young
people are exposed to the wonders of theatre in week-long
workshops.
The Peacock Playhouse, home of Licklog Players, is a 250-seat,
fully equipped, state-of-the-art complex nestled in the
Tusquittee range of the Appalachians, a mere two-hour drive from
Atlanta, Asheville, Chattanooga and Knoxville.
